SESSION     REPORTING AT 7:30AM TO START AT 8:00AM

POINTS

Points will be 300 points for 1^st, 92.5% of 300 to number 2 and so on till 20^th position.

ENTRIES

All entries to be emailed to   admin@kenyatriathlon.com

 triathlon_msa@yahoo.com on or before 10th FEB 2012. Late entries will be allowed with a penalty fee. No sms or  verbal entries will be accepted.

RESULTS

Full results will be posted near the finish line.

ENTRY FEES

Schools participating will be required to pay Ksh.500 per entry. Full entry fees and names of the athletes to be sent by 10th FEB 2012. Cheques payable to MOMBASA TRIATHLON ORGANIZATION TRUST. Receipts will be issued at the venue. Personal Cheques will not be accepted.

AGE GROUPS

Triathletes are not allowed to take part outside their Age Group.

MARSHALLING

Triathletes must pay attention to Marshalling Calls over the P.A. Once marshaled, Triathletes should remain in the marshal area until their race is called. All athletes will be required to have their numbers before the start of any event.

MEETING

All Team Managers/Coaches are required to attend a managers meeting to be held on 18TH Feb at Treasury Square at 7.00am for a final brief to be conducted by the Organizers.

TIME SCHEDULE

The Organizer reserves the right to vary the program according to circumstances at his own Discretion.

GENERAL NOTICE

You are requested to refrain from littering the surrounding. No athlete is allowed to use someone else’s number.
